There are several play-by-e-mail (PBEM) beginners' games that have been left online as examples of play for people who are just learning the game. You can use each game site's "History" menu to look at each turn of the game, replaying the entire game turn-by-turn if you wish. Combats are fully explained and may include illustrations of the melee sections in use.
